What is the typical shipping time for a new e-bike?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location within the continental U.S., delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Do the e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the final steps, such as attaching the front wheel and handlebars, in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your e-bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and the odometer must read fewer than 10 miles.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every American Express E-Bike comes with a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the model, terrain, and level of pedal assist used, our batteries typically provide a range of 35 to 60 miles per full charge.
