Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the e-bike is clean and repacked in its original structural packaging with all keys, chargers, and manuals included to prevent transit damage.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the large-format shipment directly from your residence or business.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
